I sent a cold email to a university last week about speaking to their international students. (cold meaning I have never spoken to them before)
Do you know what they said?
I got absolutely no response (or rejected if you want to call it that).
I was wondering why I hadn’t heard anything and decided to re-read my email.
Sometimes because of my busy schedule, I’m in a rush and I forget to include important three important things in my emails that will almost guarantee a response.
These three things have made me 100% more successful in cold emails and I know they will help anyone.
For instance, if you are a job seeker, you should be cold emailing people every day.
And if your response rate is not as high as you would like, this is the way you can dramatically increase it.
Let me know in the comments how you’re doing and if you have any specific questions I can help with. I know it’s scary to post your problems publicly but everyone deals with with this. Asking now will save you hours of frustration later.
